1. The pressure goes up, but the transmitter output can't go up
In this case, first check whether the pressure interface is leaking blocked. If it is confirmed, check the wiring method check the power supply. If the power supply is normal, simply pressurize to see whether the output changes, check whether the sensor zero has output. If there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, which may be caused by damage to the instrument other problems of the entire system;
2. The problem of pressure sensor sealing ring
The output of the pressurized transmitter does change, the output of the pressurized transmitter changes suddenly, the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot be returned. It is very likely that the pressure sensor seal is a problem. Commonly, due to the specifications of the sealing ring, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the pressure port of the sensor to block the sensor. The pressure medium cannot enter when the pressure is increased, but the sealing ring suddenly bursts when the pressure is high, the pressure sensor is under pressure. Variety. The way to troubleshoot this kind of failure is to remove the sensor directly check whether the zero position is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the sealing ring try again;
3. The transmitter output signal is unstable
This failure is certainly a source of stress. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, it is likely that the anti-interference ability of the instrument pressure sensor is strong, the sensor itself is very vibrating the sensor is faulty;
4. Large contrast between transmitter pointer pressure gauge
Deviation is a normal phenomenon, just confirm the normal deviation range; the easy failure is the influence of the installation position of the micro differential pressure transmitter on the zero output. Due to the small measuring range of the differential pressure transmitter, the sensing element in the transmitter will affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter. When installing, make the pressure sensitive part of the transmitter perpendicular to the direction of gravity, adjust the zero position of the transmitter to the standard value after installation.
